My condo was built into the hillside across from the Tetons. Could look at that view every day.
Maybe the most beautiful spot I have been so far is Jackson Hole...it is just remarkable.
On my way out of town I picked up Jeff, who would become my co-pilot for three days. Don, this one is for you. There were stream fishermen all over the park. The fishing might not be so boring with all the wildlife and the beautiful scenery.
Here is some more wildlife.
I had a police officer turn on her lights as I approached. I couldn't figure out what I had done. Turns out she was just warning me that a squirrel was crossing the street. This herd of bison were really odiforous!
The park was not only filled with wild animals but also beautiful scenes. I went up toward Lamar Valley and there weren't nearly as many tourists.
The next morning I went into the park...a Jag among 1000 RV's and SUV's.
OK. Let's try this picture load one more time.
From Sun Valley it was off to west Yellowstone and my first experience with the Tetons. They are stunning.
For the golfers among you, here is the Sun Valley Golf Club...$160 for 18 holes...includes cart.
